Onyx Network Media is a creative production house founded in 2023. We were built at the crossroads of two worlds, London's corporate discipline and Lagos's creative energy, and that intersection is our greatest structural advantage.

Manuel Aliandu

Founder · Creative Director / Producer

There is a particular quality to work that knows where it comes from. Manuel has spent over a decade finding it: in photography, in film, in the space between a brand's ambition and the story that will actually make people feel something. As Founder and Creative Director of Onyx Network Media, he produces and shapes the visual language of everything the studio makes, from brand films and commercials to original productions built for a global stage. His Executive Producer credit on Blackman's Reality sits among over 15 international recognitions for the film, including multiple Best Short Film wins. The work speaks the way Manuel works, with atmosphere, with intention, and without wasted frames.

Tega Idogho

Co-Founder · Head of Productions / Director

Tega is a storyteller and brand architect who has spent over a decade asking the same question in different rooms: who is this really for, and what do they need to feel? That question has shaped her work across marketing, branding, and creative production, and it is the logic behind every production she leads at Onyx Network Media. She directs with clarity and brings a strategist's discipline to how stories are built, positioned, and delivered. Blackman's Reality, on which she served as a key creative lead, earned over 15 international recognitions. She doesn't separate good storytelling from good strategy. For Tega, they have always been the same thing.
